Sign of the Times

I'm not going to get on my little soapbox to go on about how I feel about the South Florida Housing Market.

What I am going to do is share a story that shows how others (who share my sentiments) feel about it.

We have a community Lunch Room in my office Building. In the lunch room is a bulletin board where people post up things for sale, looking for roommates, etc.

One such ad was for a Townhouse that was for sale. List price of said townhouse, $265,000. This was scratched off by someone who wrote "ARE U CRAZY?" and wrote in their asking price!! $110,000.

Someone's a little frustrated with the market!!! I promise it wasn't me!! I'm actually kind of sad that I'm not the one who did it!!
